We aim to have your order processed and delivered to you between 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do bulk discounts - contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote.

Can you embroider on this garment/accessory?

We can embroider on most garments. You can contact us using the form or by emailing info@comfyandcosy.co.uk

What is your returns policy?

For any personalised embroidered or printed garments we do not accept any returns as they are made to order.

Branding

What will my logo look like?

We will send you the proof of your logo for you to approve before we start production.

How can I send you my logo?

The ideal format for your logo is a vector file (svg or .eps format).

We can work with high quality png and jpg files.

However, it may require additional turnaround time to ensure that the logo is of a good quality for embroidery.

Can I approve my order before production starts?

We can send you the proof of your design / logo before we start production. Please check for any errors or corrections needed.

Is there a setup fee

Your logo will need to be converted by hand to be embroidered. There is a one time setup fee which is usually around £20. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
