Due to each item being made to order delivery can take up to 3 weeks, although it is usually less.

• Shipping Preparation: Once your custom item has passed all quality checks, it is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping. You will receive a notification confirming that your order is ready to be dispatched.
• Delivery: While our standard delivery time is within 3 weeks, it's important to note that this is an estimate. However, we strive to deliver your custom item as promptly as possible. Many items are delivered within 7 working days.
• Arrival and Enjoyment: Once your custom item arrives, we encourage you to open the package, inspect your unique creation, and enjoy the personalised touch it brings to your life. If you have any concerns or questions, our customer support team is here to assist you.
